Semper Intellegere ("Rondo Sentimentale") is the authorized march of the Canadian Forces Personnel Selection Branch.
A march arrangement of Rondo Sentimentale, Semper Intellegere was adopted as the Branch march in 1984. Robert Luben composed the original music; Chief Warrant Officer Brian Gossip arranged the march version.
The Personnel Selection Branch (French: Branche des services de la sélection du personnel) is a personnel branch of the Canadian Forces (CF).
The Personnel Selection branch was created in the Canadian Army on 18 September 1941. Later on the Royal Canadian Air Force and Royal Canadian Navy followed suit. Officers of the Personnel Selection (PSEL) branch provide behavioural science services to enable the Canadian Forces (CF) to effectively assess, acquire, integrate, and maintain personnel for operational and support roles.
